Senior Cybersecurity Systems Engineer
About The Position
Develop and manage setup of Secured Local Area Networks and Cross Domain Solution (CDS) architectures with connectivity between ground, airborne and satellite communication capabilities Support Interim Authorities to Test (IATT), Authorities to Connect (ATC), and Authorities to Operate (ATO) activities as necessary for FOS and joint projects Manage and oversee the storage and server data backup, data migration and disaster recovery operations. Manage and facilitate the cyber security and approval process related to systems/networks software and hardware for the FOS and associated projects. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, optimize operational efficiency, and troubleshoot problems arising in the infrastructure environments. Manage the deployment of the FOS. Architect, design, implement, maintain, and operate information system security controls and countermeasures Analyze and recommend security controls and procedures in acquisition, development, and change management life-cycle of information systems for FOS and joint projects. Experience as Cyber Security Manager / Director
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Current/active Top Secret/SCI
- Current or recent DoD SAP access
- Subject to a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
- Information Technology, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and Security+
