About The Position

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) to support a program at Dahlgren, VA. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. This position is contingent on award. How Role will make an impact: Help Desk Support using BMC's Remedy or ServiceNow

Requirements

  • Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret Clearance
  • Six (6) years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as BMC's Remedy or ServiceNow
  • This position is required to be designated as an IAT Level III
