About The Position

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate and timely information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers and works closely with internal teams to provide support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis or related field
  • Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word
  • Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce, preferred
  • Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes and systems
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus

  • Familiarity with transportation and logistics regulations and processes is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and orders via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce complaints
  • Maintain customer records and documentation
  • Work closely with sales teams to support client retention and growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer service standards and best practices
  • Participate in customer service training programs and workshops
