We’re Growing Bonding Solutions is hiring a Client Services Specialist (Account Manager) to support our expanding client base and manage ongoing account activity. About Bonding Solutions We are a surety-only bond agency based in Mesa, Arizona. We serve contractors nationwide. We are entrepreneurial, client-focused, and hands-on. We value ownership, accuracy, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Prior office, insurance, finance, or banking experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable working with numbers and reconciliation
• Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Surety experience is not required. We train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with existing clients
• Oversee end-to-end renewal processing
• Issue renewal documentation timely and accurately
• Reconcile surety company renewal statements
• Apply payments and manage agency bill records
• Maintain spreadsheets and internal system data
• Interface with surety company partners
• Manage multi-month renewal pipelines
