About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Senior Customer Relationship Manager to serve as a liaison between Cintas customers, sales and all business units. Responsibilities include managing business relationships with customers to ensure accurate and timely program implementation, increased penetration and retention of the customer; account management, growth; profitability; execution of marketing strategy; sales; and inventory management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 4 years' account management or project management experience
  • Minimum 1 year management/leadership experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
  • Experience in problem resolution with collaboration
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant business discipline preferred
  • Experience developing and/or executing a sales/marketing plan
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Access
