About The Position

Stampli, an AI-driven procure-to-pay platform built with intelligence at its foundation, is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to lead our customer marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, lifecycle strategy, and revenue impact. Customer Marketing at Stampli operates as both creator and campaign manager. You will proactively surface customer stories, own the end-to-end development of testimonials and proof, and activate them across channels to support sales, marketing, and expansion. You will drive the initiatives that turn successful customers into sales-ready proof, advocacy, referrals, and expansion momentum. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Growth, reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, lifecycle marketing, or revenue marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success building programs that lead to measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong executive interviewing and storytelling skills, with the ability to extract clear, compelling, and quantifiable customer narratives.
  • Experience leading customer webinars or executive-facing content initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring influence and improving performance over time.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining strategic clarity.
  • Trailblazer who can build systems in ambiguous environments and elevate a function from reactive to strategic.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Define success metrics: Establish and implement KPIs to measure customer proof coverage, advocacy participation, referral influence, and revenue impact.
  • Own customer storytelling and proof: Build and scale a structured case study and testimonial pipeline; conduct executive-level customer interviews; develop compelling written, video, and webinar-driven stories that reinforce Stampli’s differentiators.
  • Lead customer webinars and thought leadership: Identify and prepare customer champions for speaking opportunities, shape strong narratives, and translate discussions into reusable proof across sales and marketing channels.
  • Drive advocacy and referral strategy: Design and scale a lifecycle-driven advocacy motion that increases participation, strengthens third-party validation, and influences pipeline while maintaining customer trust.
  • Oversee customer communications: Provide strategic oversight across lifecycle communications to ensure messaging is aligned and value-driven from onboarding through expansion and retention.
  • Support revenue teams: Partner cross-functionally to embed customer proof into new logo and expansion deals, ensuring Sales has relevant assets that accelerate deal cycles.
  • Use data to inform decisions: Analyze engagement, participation, and pipeline influence to continuously refine programs and improve impact.
