Tegra Analytics is seeking a highly experienced Senior Customer Manager to lead strategic partnerships with life sciences clients. This role requires deep expertise in commercial sales operations, strong client-facing leadership, and hands-on experience designing and administering complex incentive compensation programs. The ideal candidate combines operational knowledge of life sciences commercial models with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This individual will serve as both a strategic advisor and an execution leader, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable client impact.
