About The Position

This role serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Site Management team. As a SME, you will be responsible for the first escalation point within the Customer Asset Management team when a Specialist has a complex situation that requires more advanced level of troubleshooting. Issues are expected to be resolved quickly, effectively and reviewed for process changes with Supervisor. This role will step in when the Supervisor is unavailable.   • Review issues for process changes with Supervisor
  • Step in when the Supervisor is unavailable
