About The Position

In this role, you will optimize content strategies to enhance engagement, conversion and overall business impact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is data-driven, customer-focused and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Content Strategy, Digital Marketing or Performance Analytics
  • Strong ability to interpret data, trends and customer behavior to inform content strategies.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
  • Expertise in reporting tools and data management
  • Financial acumen
  • Ability to perform the accountabilities listed in the “What You’ll Do” Section
  • Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance as set by the company
  • Ability to work at least 8 hours per day, occasionally longer when necessary to meet business needs, 5 days per week
  • Ability to comply with dress code requirements
  • Ability to learn and comply with all company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
  • Ability to give direction and receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from leadership and other company personnel
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively and appropriately with others
  • Ability to maintain composure and work in a fast paced environment while accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of data structure, tagging frameworks, and source-to-report connections to ensure reliable performance insights
  • Pull, clean and refine data to uncover actionable insights that drive content and channel optimization
  • Serve as the central point of contact for Merchant, Strategy, Planning and Promotions teams, educating stakeholders and proactively sharing performance insights that inform decisions across content, offers and channel strategy
  • Advise and influence product selections by providing holistic insights into customer behavior, channel effectiveness and content engagement
  • Lead content performance reporting for both short and long-term strategy, including event-based performance, position/content-type insights and monthly/quarterly roll-ups
  • Lead strategic insight development by identifying key themes and performance trends across digital channels (e.g., email, homepage)
  • Manage ad hoc and exploratory digital analytics projects like seasonal classification tracking, Lookbook engagement analysis and top landing page opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize internal process improvements and streamline collaboration touchpoints
