Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in credit analysis, commercial lending, or loan review
- Strong financial statement interpretation and credit writing skills
- Proficiency with Excel
- Familiarity with commercial loan systems and corporate credit products
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce or nCino is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial statement analysis to support underwriting of complex C&I loans
- Collaborate with Portfolio and Relationship Managers to structure transactions and strategize on client relationships
- Prepare credit approval documents with accurate loan terms, exposure calculations, and policy exception tracking
- Monitor assigned commercial loan portfolios, including covenant tracking and performance reviews
- Participate in internal credit discussions and external client meetings
- Mentor junior Credit Analysts and contribute to special projects as assigned
- Ensure adherence to lending guidelines and bank credit policy
