Requirements

High School Degree
Ability to assess risk and make and document sound lending decisions

Responsibilities

Prepare financial spreads for large and complex agricultural credits.
Evaluate all aspects of real estate valuations for commercial and agricultural loans. This includes verifying valuations are within regulatory requirements and in accordance with LNB policies.
Prepare and review periodic management reports related to the lending and credit risk functions, using multiple software applications.
Order third party independent appraisals for commercial and agricultural loans as needed.
Assist in preparation of loan approval reports, including the assessment of risk, and periodic management reports related to the lending and credit risk functions.
Manage your professional improvement through the utilization of the quarterly Job Progress Plan.
Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team success activities, including department huddles and other events.
Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
