About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Creative who lives at the center of culture—someone who refreshes Versus, Hypebeast, Complex and niche corners of the internet like it’s email, and pulls inspiration from everywhere: music, fashion, internet culture, sport, and everything in between. You’re a culture-obsessed tastemaker with range. You move fluidly between sport, music, fashion, and subcultures, understanding how moments spark, spread, and evolve. You don’t just clock trends—you see them forming early and know how to shape them into ideas people actually care about. Crucially, you’re earned first. You know how to turn cultural tension into moments that earn headlines with an angle, a stunt, a social series, a brand act, etc. that gets picked up by press, creators and fans—not just pushed out as an ad. You’re a conceptual thinker first, with the craft to bring ideas to life. Whether through art direction, writing, or both, you know how to build a world, name it, and express it across formats—from social to IRL to everything in between. If you live for big ideas, big drops, big games, big stories, this is your lane.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in the game
  • Experience in a creative role at an agency, in house, or anywhere that contributes to a portfolio that proves you can think and execute at a high level.
  • Culture-first, with a point of view
  • A deep, demonstrable obsession with culture in all its forms—sport, music, fashion, entertainment and beyond. You understand how audiences move, how trends take shape, and how to translate that into sharp, brand-right ideas.
  • Dual threat portfolioWork that shows you have an appreciation for both:
  • Visual craft: design, photography direction, film, social/digital experiences.
  • Word craft: scripts, social content, conceptual storytelling, impactful lines and platform thinking. Ideally with multiple pieces showing off your love for culture.
  • Earned first mindset: Examples of ideas built to earn—PR stunts, cultural activations, social moments, partnerships or drops that generated real coverage, conversation and fan engagement.
  • Conceptual Thinker: Proven ability to develop strategic and innovative concepts that not only solve business challenges but specifically leverage and reflect the dynamic relationship between music, sports, and wider pop culture trends.
  • Communication Master: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating a creative vision to diverse audiences.
  • Production Savvy: Experience guiding projects through all phases of production, understanding the nuances of visual and written content creation.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and inspire those around you.
