Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in creative strategy, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency.
• Understanding of paid and organic strategies across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Experience in developing cross-channel campaign strategies from Always-On to highlight campaigns.
• Ability to think analytically, creatively, and conceptually, drawing real insights from data.
• Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects efficiently.
• Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English (B2) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic themes and creative concepts for social media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Analyze target audiences, platform trends, and competition to provide informed strategic recommendations.
• Evaluate existing creatives and campaign results to develop strategic recommendations for internal teams and clients.
• Integrate client feedback and performance data for continuous optimization of content strategies.
• Maintain and evolve central strategy documentation consistently.
