About The Position

Kforce has a client in San Jose, CA that is seeking a Senior Creative Project Coordinator.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a project management role or similar position
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets and project management tools such as Airtable, Asana, or Monday.com
  • Experience using Jira (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and a critical eye
  • Ability to interpret multiple creative guidelines and content requirements across retail channels (digital, retail, catalog) to ensure deliverables maintain a consistent aesthetic specific to customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a customer-facing role
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively communicate with individuals across multiple roles and departments within the customer organization
  • Ability to communicate customer needs and expectations to leadership and internal teams

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with home furnishings, e-commerce, or retail industries (highly desired)
  • Knowledge of graphic design, UI/UX design, and 3D modeling workflow (a plus)
  • General understanding of the OSX user platform

Responsibilities

  • Set and manage customer expectations regarding deliverables and timelines
  • Establish milestones for the season
  • Define expectations for overall render output quality for different deliverable types
  • Present work in progress and final deliverables, respond to questions, and solicit feedback in a timely manner
  • Research, identify, and suggest process improvements to qualify customer potential
  • Lead weekly meetings and develop consistency within each brand
  • Maintain consistent and detailed communication with production staff, engineering, and management
  • Create and manage timelines, spreadsheets, work orders, and new project plans
  • Provide customer timelines for final delivery
  • Track work order status and perform work order scrubbing
  • Monitor project status and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate and execute last-minute customer requests and shifting priorities across all teams
  • Familiarize and educate the production team on unique branding for each customer
  • Ensure technical and creative requirements are met for each deliverable
  • Lead bi-weekly stand-up meetings with internal cross-functional teams
  • Assure on-time delivery of 2D images and product launches across multiple applications
  • Maintain regular communication with Creative Assistants to ensure creative and QC work aligns with customer priorities and standards
