About The Position
We're hiring a real creative — designer, video editor, ad producer — who has fully integrated cutting-edge AI tools into their workflow. Not someone who tried Midjourney once. Someone producing insane content at high volume using the latest AI stack. We're an international holding group in the prop trading industry, headquartered in Dubai, in aggressive expansion. You'll work exclusively on our own brands. Requirements
- Strong Creative Foundation (non-negotiable)
- Graphic design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma — ad creatives, social posts, banners
- Video editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro
- Multiple formats: Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube, VSLs, ad creatives
- Understanding of what makes an ad convert — not just look pretty
