Responsibilities Position Summary: Provide legal support for marketing and sales promotional activities in the US and internationally. drafting and negotiating marketing, promotion, and production-related agreements such as MSAs/SOWs, PSAs; reviewing and advising on marketing campaigns and promotions, preparing promotional terms and conditions for various consumer programs. L eading and driving legal compliance related to the company’s consumer lending programs (loan origination, servicing and collection as related to timeshare) as well as manage legal processes in coordination with various business units and third parties with respect to securitization of the company’s loan portfolio. Drive continuous improvement through development and maintenance of standard forms, guidelines, FAQ’s and related resources and p erform other related duties in support of HGV Legal and the company’s goals. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Strong analytical capabilities and ability to exercise sound judgment in the absence of perfect information. Ability to take initiative to identify and solve problems in a business-friendly and solutions-oriented manner. Ability to think strategically, commercially and practically. Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to work autonomously and reliably within tight timeframes in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Not a remote position. Must be able to work from Orlando office. Accurate and efficient computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have an aptitude to learn new systems 7 years of related experience Preferably Background or experience in real estate, hospitality or timeshare including marketing, sales and finance support.
