We are seeking a strategic Labor & Employment Attorney to be a trusted advisor to HR and business leadership on the full spectrum of U.S. labor and employment matters. In this role, you will shape strategy and ensure compliance across anti-discrimination and harassment laws, wage and hour/pay practices, leaves of absence, reductions in force, and workplace policies. You will play a key role in supporting labor relations and will oversee or manage employment litigation, agency matters, mediations, and arbitrations.
