Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Active CPA or JD (required)
• 5–7+ years of tax compliance or consulting experience
• Strong experience with ASC 740 tax provision
• Background in public accounting (Top 20 firms preferred)
• Willingness to work hybrid (3 days onsite)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with OneSource Tax Provision
• Experience working with large or complex corporate clients
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and corporate tax regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate tax compliance, planning, and consulting engagements
• Manage ASC 740 tax provision (preparation and/or review)
• Oversee multiple client projects and ensure quality delivery
• Review complex tax returns and identify tax-saving opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor, train, and develop team members
• Support business development and growth initiatives
• Collaborate with internal tax specialists and cross-functional teams
