Requirements

• CPA or active JD/Attorney license required
• 5–7+ years of corporate tax compliance or consulting experience
• Strong experience with ASC 740 (Income Tax Provision)
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate income tax regulations
• Experience in public accounting or professional services preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation, LLM in Tax, or JD preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate tax engagements for multiple clients
• Review complex corporate tax returns and ASC 740 income tax provisions
• Provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance support
• Manage, mentor, and develop tax professionals across engagements
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Identify opportunities to expand services and support business growth
