Requirements

• 2–4 years of corporate tax experience
• Strong experience with ASC 740 (tax provision)
• Background in corporate tax compliance and consulting
• CPA preferred or CPA eligible
• Experience with a Top 20 public accounting firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review ASC 740 tax provisions
• Support corporate tax compliance and consulting engagements
• Assist with tax planning and advisory for corporate clients
• Collaborate with audit and tax teams for accurate reporting
• Support tax provision preparation, review, and audit processes
