About The Position

Huntress is looking to add a Senior Corporate Recruiter to our team, who will help to execute our talent strategy and hire top talent as we continue to grow. This role will be responsible for supporting the growth of all of our revenue, G&A, and security operations teams, with the opportunity to flex elsewhere as needed. You should be a passionate recruiter, dedicated to building strong stakeholder relationships, discovering innovative ways to drive success, while maintaining a candidate-centric process. We’re looking for someone with experience in full-lifecycle recruiting who is comfortable leading searches across all career levels, from early career to experienced executive.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter hiring for a variety of corporate roles, including sales, GTM, operations, security operations, marketing, and leadership roles
  • Experience hiring within growing SaaS companies with a high bar for talent
  • Experience with scheduling and conducting video interviews
  • Comfortable owning several requisitions at one time
  • Familiarity with modern ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Experience recruiting within the cybersecurity industry or hiring security professionals is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates using a variety of innovative methods, including industry groups and underrepresented talent communities
  • Be a dedicated business partner to hiring managers and teams by assisting them through structured interview processes
  • Screen candidate resumes and conduct interviews to assess relevant knowledge, experience, aptitudes, and compensation alignment
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the executive team
  • Manage online job postings and related social media postings
