The Senior Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Swagelok-owned aircraft while providing the highest levels of customer service to passengers. Additionally, the Senior Captain will assist with trip planning as well as Flight Operation’s administrative tasks and projects. Scope of Position: The Senior Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operations as PIC on both a Gulfstream G550 and G280. The Senior Captain reports directly to the Aviation Operations Manager and has the final authority in the operation of the aircraft to ensure compliance with all domestic and foreign regulations that effect the flight and compliance with all policies and procedures specified in the company flight operations manual. In addition to flight duties, the Senior Captain will be expected to manage and assist others with Flight Operations support programs and projects. Time spent on travel may be up to 50%.
