Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Services, FP&A, or related fields
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling; at least 50% of daily work expected in building models
  • Experience with M&A transactions preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in dynamic, diverse teams
  • Strong ethics, professionalism, and discretion with confidential information
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, results-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Build detailed financial models and business cases to support acquisition and strategic initiatives
  • Oversee the acquisition pipeline, including target identification, profiling, and executive updates
  • Prepare and present materials for meetings with target company management, bankers, and advisors
  • Manage information flow during deals, summarizing key insights and coordinating responses from stakeholders
  • Develop executive-level decks, charts, and memos to communicate rationale, findings, and integration plans
  • Partner on the development and execution of day 1 and day 100 post-acquisition plans
  • Support post-deal integration and ensure seamless alignment across functional teams
