Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced reconciliation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment
Leadership mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

experience with MIP or Yardi a plus

Responsibilities

Own month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely, accurate reporting
Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP
Oversee complex reconciliations and manage general ledger operations across multiple entities
Lead treasury activities, including cash monitoring and wire transfers
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
Coordinate tax filings, audit prep, and compliance initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements
