About The Position

You’ve mastered the basics and are ready to own the narrative. As a Senior, Copywriting, you don't just write; you invent brand experiences through language. You are comfortable taking a brief and running with it, finding the "hook" that resonates across diverse digital touchpoints. You’re a key contributor to the creative process, moving with intent to deliver work that matters for our most ambitious clients.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a digital agency or creative environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality copy across web, mobile, and social platforms.
  • The ability to think strategically and translate complex ideas into simple, persuasive messaging.
  • Expertise in industry-standard creative tools and collaborative software.
  • A "get sht done" attitude with a focus on high-impact results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the copywriting effort for mid-sized digital projects, from conceptualization to final delivery.
  • Develop distinct brand voices and style guides for a variety of global clients.
  • Present creative concepts internally and to clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Mentor Associate Copywriters, providing feedback and helping them refine their craft.
  • Collaborate across departments (Strategy, Media, Tech) to ensure copy is data-informed and technically feasible.
