About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to help bring our voice, expertise and point of view to life through world-class writing and content strategy. As a crucial member of our team, you will own the development of core marketing content across channels, including our website, email campaigns, sales collateral, and thought leadership content. You’ll play a critical role in shaping mpathic’s brand voice, positioning, and category leadership in AI safety. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, clarity, and credibility. Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or content management roles.
  • Possess exceptional writing and editing skills with strong command of tone, structure, and clarity.
  • Have demonstrated a proven ability to simplify technical concepts into content that is engaging and accessible.
  • Have experience writing across channels: web, email, social, collateral, long-form content.
  • Have strong editorial judgment and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across formats.
  • Are comfortable working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and high ownership.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills — able to incorporate feedback and work across teams without losing velocity.
  • Are curious about AI, behavioral science, and responsible technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Have experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, data products, or technical domains.
  • Have developed content for regulated or high-trust industries (enterprise, healthcare, finance, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Draft and polish marketing copy across website, landing pages, social channels, email newsletters, and sales collateral.
  • Define and maintain mpathic’s brand voice and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Write and edit blog posts, case studies, FAQs, product messaging, and other long-form content.
  • Translate research and insights from our science team into clear, compelling, audience-relevant narratives.
  • Develop messaging that supports thought leadership topics and timely moments in the AI safety and responsible tech ecosystem.
  • Partner with design to support the creation of visual storytelling assets (graphics, slides, event materials, one-pagers).
  • Create content and strategy for email and social campaigns, ensuring narrative cohesion across channels.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales to ensure messaging is accurate, ICP-relevant, and aligned to business goals.
  • Support positioning and messaging work across key initiatives including product launches, customer stories, and strategic partnerships.
  • Help build and evolve brand materials (messaging frameworks, value props, narrative docs, tone guidelines).
  • Build and manage a content calendar aligned to product milestones, PR, industry news, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Use performance insights and feedback loops to refine messaging over time.
  • Leverage AI tools thoughtfully to increase content velocity and efficiency while maintaining a high quality bar.
