About The Position

The Writer plays a critical role in bringing clarity, consistency, and credibility to EIM’s marketing efforts across partners, programs, and the broader brand. This role is responsible for developing compelling, audience-first content that supports program growth, learner engagement, and brand trust across the student lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, accessible, and engaging content while collaborating closely with product marketing, creative, and channel teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in education, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across content types and audiences.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit high-quality content across channels, including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, paid media, social media, brochures, and program collateral.
  • Translate program value propositions, outcomes, and differentiators into clear, learner-centered messaging.
  • Support program launches with cohesive messaging across channels.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing Managers to ensure content aligns with program strategy, positioning, and partner goals.
  • Collaborate with designers, lifecycle marketers, and channel teams to ensure consistency and clarity across touchpoints.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining editorial integrity and brand standards.
  • Uphold and evolve brand voice, tone, and messaging frameworks across all written materials.
  • Ensure content is inclusive, accessible, and aligned with EIM’s and partner universities’ mission and values.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of messaging guidelines and best practices.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Optimize content for performance, readability, and audience engagement.
  • Support iterative improvements based on performance insights and feedback.
