About The Position

We’re currently seeking a full-time Senior Copywriter to join Pinger’s Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is a multitasker with demonstrable experience writing a wide range of AI-optimized copy for consumer-facing media channels, who takes initiative and asks clarifying questions, is accustomed to regularly receiving and incorporating feedback, has experience writing for mobile apps, and can execute complex projects against deadlines.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in English, Journalism, Professional Writing, Communication, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of work experience as a copywriter for consumer brands or a reputable agency.
  • Familiar with Figma, WordPress, Braze, G-Suite, Slack, and other modern digital marketing, design, editing, and communication platforms.
  • Familiar with AI copilots and tools, and uses them regularly in their workflows to quickly and efficiently produce large amounts of content.
  • Strong AEO/GEO/ASO/SEO knowledge and experience producing AI-optimized content.
  • Experience writing clear and engaging copy for multiple media channels—preferably with UX and in-app messages, websites, blogs, social media platforms, app store assets, ads, etc.
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders to develop and execute compelling creative.
  • Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback from stakeholders regularly.
  • Effective communicator who can prioritize and manage work while adhering to deadlines.
  • Exhaustive attention to detail and quality.
  • Writing samples and a portfolio are required.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and clearly articulate each brand’s positioning, products, and services.
  • Deliver each brand’s unique voice through associated communications.
  • Help refine our brand voices as an integral part of how we express ourselves.
  • Execute against a defined content strategy by creating compelling, innovative, and AI-optimized copy for consumer-facing Marketing channels, including blogs, websites, social media posts, app store assets, digital advertising, video content, and more.
  • Work alongside other departments (e.g., Growth, Product, Support, etc.) to develop clear, concise in-app messages and email communications, UX copy, and marketing-adjacent materials as needed.
  • Proof, edit, and rewrite marketing materials to ensure consistency in tone and delivery.
  • Attend and participate in meetings, asking questions, and providing feedback as needed.
