About The Position

We’re seeking a Senior Copywriter, Web to join our Creative team. You are a writer with a deep understanding of User Experience, recognizing that on the web, words are a functional part of the interface. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you will act as a bridge between Marketing and Product, ensuring a seamless user journey from the first marketing touchpoint to the logged-in experience. You don’t just fill boxes with copy; you help define the information architecture and user flow. Whether you’re crafting a high-conversion landing page or a complex product modal, you ensure the experience is intuitive, accessible, and human.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in web copywriting or content design, specifically within SaaS, tech, or healthcare.
  • Hybrid UX/Marketing DNA – A proven ability to balance brand storytelling with UX principles.
  • Figma literacy – Comfort working directly within design files to collaborate on layouts and copy in real-time.
  • Strategic thinking – Experience advocating for the user journey while meeting aggressive business and growth KPIs.
  • Agile proficiency – Experience working in fast-moving, test-and-learn environments where iteration is the norm.
  • Systems fluency – Familiarity with working within established brand frameworks and design systems to maintain a single source of truth.
  • Portfolio – A strong showcase of work that demonstrates how your copy solved specific user problems and drove measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Write high-impact copy across the web ecosystem, from top-of-funnel marketing pages to product-adjacent surfaces and lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Partner with Web Art Directors to select the best UI patterns (e.g., tooltips vs. dedicated pages) to deliver information with minimal cognitive load.
  • Embed in the 2-week sprint cycle, contributing to planning and reviews to ensure content is integrated into the design process from the start.
  • Craft testable copy that drives growth while accounting for various user states (e.g., logged-in vs. logged-out) and conditional logic.
  • Translate complex health-tech functionality into approachable, practitioner-friendly language that emphasizes user value over technical features.
  • Partner with Art Directors to present work to stakeholders, clearly articulating the "why" behind copy and layout decisions.
  • Contribute to a scalable web content system and iterate on copy based on performance data and user feedback.
