This role is ideal for someone who excels at operational excellence, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow their career by gaining exposure to strategic HR work, executive recruitment, and culture transformation initiatives. You'll be the operational hub for a 25-person Talent & Culture organization during an exciting period as Wiley evolves from traditional publishing to an AI-forward research intelligence leader. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage complex logistics, and maintain exceptional attention to detail will enable senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
