As the Senior Content Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy, creation, and distribution of content that shapes Perry Weather's narrative, increases our discoverability, and generates measurable business outcomes. You'll be responsible for: Developing and executing a content strategy that positions Perry Weather as the definitive voice in weather safety across our core verticals Maximizing the reach and visibility of our content across search engines and industry channels to increase organic traffic and discoverability Driving content consumption that converts into qualified pipeline Content Strategy & Creation Produce high-quality, multi-format content including blogs, industry research reports, and customer case studies that position Perry Weather as a thought leader Work with our Director of Science to translate research into compelling narratives Partner with Product Marketing to ensure content aligns with product positioning and messaging Work with Design and Video teams to create rich content Distribution Own and optimize our organic search channels to drive qualified traffic and pipeline Balance keyword strategy with deep customer understanding. Ensure audience needs lead your strategy, not just search volume. Know our market deeply. Understand where buyers consume content and invest in placements that reach them Own content performance metrics with a focus on qualified pipeline contribution Test and iterate on content formats, topics, and distribution strategies
