About The Position

Techstra Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Consulting Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale initiatives across technology and digital transformation programs. This role is responsible for driving successful delivery across the full project lifecycle, partnering closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact. You will serve as the primary delivery lead, owning project governance, execution, risk management, and client communication. This role is ideal for a consulting professional who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments and brings a strong balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management within a consulting environment
  • Proven success leading complex, client-facing initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to operate hands-on while maintaining strategic oversight
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification
  • Experience working with distributed or global teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex consulting engagements, from initiation through closure
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Drive execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope, milestones, and success criteria
  • Manage dependencies across internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and key stakeholders
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive updates
  • Build trusted advisor relationships by proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions
  • Manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining delivery discipline
  • Establish and enforce project governance, standards, and delivery methodologies
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure quality delivery through structured status reporting, documentation, and controls
  • Lead change management, scope management, and escalation processes
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including consultants, analysts, and technical resources
  • Provide guidance, direction, and coaching to project team members
  • Foster collaboration across business, technology, and vendor teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices and methodologies
