Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, project management, planning, or related field. Or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in project/program management or environmental project coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and tools like Smartsheet/SharePoint.

  • Experience supporting client deliverables and coordinating across teams.
  • Familiarity with vegetation management programs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate permitting activities for vegetation management programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and deliverables.
  • Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to resolve constraints and improve processes.
  • Prepare and review encroachment permit packages for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support scope, schedule, and budget management for large, complex projects.
  • Coordinate field data collection and integrate findings into workflows.
  • Track deliverables, maintain documentation, and provide status updates to project managers and clients.
  • Facilitate communication between environmental and operational teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
