Responsibilities The primary focus of this position is to provide subject matter expertise on assigned projects for our clients and firm. They are responsible for implementing and coordinating key strategic projects and managing assignments in accordance with established company protocols and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of ten years full-time, directly related experience.
  • Valid driver’s license for travel in the United States is required.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Extensive knowledge of higher education student life facility operations and programs.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to successfully support multiple projects of significant scale simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent group facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and ethical business practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive within a team structure.
  • Aptitude and desire for mentoring and training team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience in higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a firm and national subject matter expert
  • Manages assigned planning and advisory projects, advising clients through effective decision making that results in feasible, sustainable, and implementable projects
  • Serves as the primary interface and contact for assigned advisory clients, communicating as needed to ensure appropriate follow-through
  • Develops, or supports the development of, client deliverables to include research, assessments, analyses, writing, document reviews, and presentations
  • Manages financial and accounting requirements for assigned projects
  • Maintains and stores all project-related records, research, and data related to assigned projects as required by company policy.
  • Ensures the firm’s legal and fiduciary responsibilities are well managed
  • Actively assists with the recruitment and training of new staff
  • Participates in all appropriate staff meetings and training programs
  • Facilitates learning and development sessions or activities on assigned topics within their expertise
