How you’ll make an impact in this role Strategic Leadership: Lead the implementation of national healthcare strategies and complex processes independently, by providing consistent project management support, leveraging data-driven insights, and offering thought partnership through exceptional customer service and communication among diverse stakeholders and associates. Executive Collaboration: Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to solve complex problems and align diverse perspectives toward a common vision. Project Management: Lead the development of implementation plans, workstream development, end-user training, and the facilitation of high-level meetings and follow-ups. As needed, aid in the stand up of the Ascension National Incident Command Center (ICC) in the event of extreme crisis by collaborating with national and local leaders and associates. People Management: Manage a direct report within the consultant community, provide oversight and professional development support within projects, and implement solutions aimed to enhance the consultant community. Process Improvement: Develop creative solutions to continually improve team processes and effectiveness, utilizing internal and external research to drive innovation across current and future initiatives. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: None Required. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
