The Senior Consultant provides high-level analytical, operational, and advisory support, leading complex evaluations and supporting program improvements across agency activities. Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting federal training or emergency management programs
- Strong background in program evaluation and performance improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead evaluation of training programs, processes, and performance outcomes
- Develop reports, briefings, and strategic recommendations
- Apply advanced analytical tools and methodologies
- Provide guidance to project teams and junior staff
- Support project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement
