About The Position
Oversees end-to-end project delivery ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule requirements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Closely work with Technical Design teams to develop & implement solutions from Design Thinking angle Deep involvement in all phases of Solution development – from creating BRDs to SDDs, UAT and hyper care support Perform data analytics and reporting that delivers business insights to the client Implements project management best practices to drive efficiency and accountability. Provide timely and accurate updates for periodic governance meetings, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. Ensure high level of client satisfaction
