The Senior Consultant role involves defining a project approach to ensure customer and account success, providing critical and constructive guidance leveraging MicroStrategy best practices, and steering customers towards a long-term vision for success. This role also includes providing technical oversight for projects and project teams, creating technical and/or functional MicroStrategy solutions based on customer requirements, developing relationships with internal and external team members, and actively participating in internal knowledge sharing forums.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Big Data, Business Intelligence, Engineering (any field) or closely related quantitative discipline
Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field

Responsibilities

Define a project approach to ensure customer and account success and provides critical and constructive guidance leveraging MicroStrategy best practices to customers, steering them towards a long-term vision for success.
Provide technical oversight projects and project teams, including customers and partners, taking their ideas from concept through full deployment, while mentoring junior colleagues.
Create technical and/or functional MicroStrategy solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives, including standalone applications and more complex interdependent systems within client infrastructure.
Develop relationships with team members both internally and with customers and partners, including at the executive level, and manages the consulting engagement to deliver objectives and expected outcomes.
Actively participate in internal knowledge sharing forums.
