About The Position

Are you ready to make an impact? West Monroe is searching for a Senior Consultant within our Technology & Experience practice. In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients to establish the project vision, lead Salesforce implementations, analyze business requirements, and help design Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with 2+ years working on CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementations.
  • Proficient in Quote-to-Cash, Product Master Data Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management processes.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud functionalities, including pricing rules, discounting, invoicing, subscription management, and revenue recognition.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder) and configuration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce B2B Commerce and integrations with ERP or financial systems.
  • Experience in managing status, timelines, and risks at the program or workstream level.
  • Proficient in documenting requirements and solution design deliverables.
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist required; Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant preferred.
  • Excellent client-facing and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to travel to client sites 30–50%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales, Quote-to-Cash, and Billing business process review sessions to identify user stories and requirements.
  • Design and implement advanced Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, and Usage-Based Billing functionalities.
  • Configure and build solutions on the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).
  • Facilitate business process reviews to streamline client workflows and optimize operations.
  • Oversee unit, system, and end-user testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide end-user training and create documentation for solution adoption.
  • Manage project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables for overall projects or specific workstreams
