West Monroe is searching for a Salesforce expert to join our team as a Senior Consultant within our Technology & Experience practice. In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients to establish the project vision, analyze business requirements, design Salesforce solutions, manage projects and lead Salesforce implementations.

Requirements

• College degree, or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting preferred
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, with specific expertise in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including: FSC data model (e.g., Account/Client, Household, Financial Accounts, Relationships) FSC-specific features (e.g., Action Plans, Lightning Flows, Financial Goals, Compliance features)
• Experience in the Banking industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Experience leading discovery workshops, including the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills.
• One or more relevant Salesforce certifications, such as: Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Sales or Service Cloud Consultant
• Ability to travel to client sites 30-50%.
• Hybrid role, 1 to 2 days in the office per week.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without limitation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong Salesforce Financial Services Cloud product knowledge skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate those needs into technology and operational requirements.
• Lead business process review sessions to identify user stories/requirements
• Lead Salesforce solution design sessions from the identified user stories/requirements
• Identify design and implement Banking related AI use cases leveraging Financial Services Cloud capabilities
• Responsible for the build activities via the configuration on the Salesforce Platform
• Facilitate unit, system and end-user testing
• Support end-user training and documentation
• Manage project status, timelines, risks for overall project or individual workstream
