Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, technology consulting, or project management
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Understanding of finance and accounting processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification preferred; technology certifications a plus
  • Familiarity with AI, Gen AI, RPA, digital automation and workflow tools

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client business requirements and current-state processes
  • Partner with clients to develop technology and implementation strategies aligned to their goals
  • Facilitate vendor evaluations and technology selection processes
  • Support application implementations, integrations, and system enhancements
  • Assist with light development and/or quality assurance efforts, as needed
  • Demonstrate an understanding of data structures and data environments to support effective solutions
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure milestones and deadlines are met
  • Oversee all phases of technology implementation, including configuration, customization, and integration
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, reviewing their work and providing guidance
  • Respect and celebrate the value of each of the stories, backgrounds, perspectives, and ideas of each of our team members, building meaningful relationships with all those you interact with
  • Be growth oriented and work towards building a leveraged model, when appropriate
  • Provide motivation to the team, including developing young leaders via active contribution to training and development
