Promoting organization wide improvement, Press Ganey’s strategic partnership with our client's organization can help establish the system wide alignment required to deliver sustained improvement. The Senior Consultant coordinates and leads project teams of internal consultants, advisors, and growth professionals, overseeing the delivery of traditional and transformational human experience consulting, strategic support, and projects across multiple clients. The Senior Consultant is ultimately accountable for the delivery services to assigned clients, typically large, complex organizations. Responsibilities include management of interdisciplinary teams, design of statistical, financial and operational analyses, quality control, development and presentation of client deliverables, management of existing client relationships, industry research, and expansion of business. Provides expertise and analysis with active role in executive interviews; responsible for creating and supporting executive summary content formation; and supports strategic roadmap based on client priorities. Ensures successful collaborations with core client account team and/or internal business units to transition strategic recommendations into actionable improvement plans for ongoing client relationships. Responsible for contributing and leading strategic internal innovation and collaborative projects to design, deliver and improve enterprise capabilities to meet and exceed perceived value with clients. Role can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (work from home) with flexibility to travel when needed.
