As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with healthcare clients to define organizational priorities, analyze workforce and experience data, and deliver strategic recommendations that drive sustainable culture and performance transformation. This role contributes across consulting engagements by leading delivery workstreams, developing high-quality client deliverables, fostering executive-level client relationships, and identifying opportunities for ongoing partnership and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (required).
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workforce engagement and employee experience data and methodology.
  • Experience leading large-scale process improvement and implementation initiatives.
  • Direct experience with healthcare consulting implementation strategies.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including quantitative, qualitative, and conceptual analysis.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior management or strategy consulting experience.
  • Experience with patient experience improvement initiatives.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Educational background in business administration, health policy or administration, finance, or a clinical discipline (RN, MD, APP, PharmD).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality consulting engagements aligned to Press Ganey methodologies and quality standards.
  • Lead and support engagement teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring adherence to engagement plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, analyses, and insights that translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Ensure consistent delivery quality across all employee experience and workforce-related consulting efforts.
  • Support knowledge transfer and client capability-building through training and facilitation.
  • Maintain utilization in line with established performance targets.
  • Serve as a primary client contact for assigned workstreams and engagements.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive leaders and boards.
  • Proactively identify client needs, emerging trends, and opportunities for expanded engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align Press Ganey resources and solutions to client priorities.
  • Contribute to internal innovation efforts related to consulting methodologies, tools, and offerings.
