About The Position

IntegriChain is seeking a detailed-oriented, data-savvy, client-focused Senior Consultant to join its dynamic and growing Advisory Services practice. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder, highly organized, self-driven, and eager to dive into technical information such as health care regulatory guidance and federal legislations. This individual will support innovative life sciences and pharmaceutical companies by delivering strategic, operational, and compliance advisory services across the U.S. Government Pricing (GP) landscape. This role is part of an elite team of consultants who leverage Life Sciences domain expertise to analyze, model, and synthesize secondary information to provide insights to customers within the Government Pricing (GP) domain area. The consultant will work alongside seasoned industry domain experts to analyze regulatory guidance, interpret pricing methodologies, and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients, while providing prompt, accurate, and compliant pricing and contracting advice. This position is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience who enjoy solving complex problems, working directly with clients, and developing deep expertise in pharmaceutical pricing, contracting, and regulatory compliance. The role involves supporting multiple client accounts simultaneously, managing deliverables end-to-end, and serving as a trusted day-to-day advisor for assigned customers. The consultant will be a main driver of communication between small to mid-tier GP customer accounts and IntegriChain, responsible for business analysis, relationship management, and supporting multiple customers and projects simultaneously. The position requires crisp consulting skills, including aggressively seeking information, managing expectations, meeting commitments, delivering high-quality work on time, and communicating effectively. The candidate should have an inquisitive mindset, a desire to quickly learn the complexities of pharmaceutical contracts and pricing, and the ability to demonstrate high-level analytical and strategic thinking. This role offers opportunities to accelerate understanding of the complex pharmaceutical supply chain and the impact of interconnected pricing, contracting, market access, and patient programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum B.A. / B.S. degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of cross-functional teamwork
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent business analytical skills, a high accuracy rate, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, identify risks and proven problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to “think on their feet” and suggest alternatives and practical solutions
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Ability to easily build rapport with colleagues and clients
  • Passion for collaboration and an eagerness to contribute to important projects
  • Proven experience in consulting, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Exposure to U.S. government programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, or VA/FSS

Responsibilities

  • Support projects and customer engagements where IntegriChain is providing ongoing strategic, operational and compliance support relating to the various U.S. Government Programs, including Medicaid, FSS, 340B, and Medicare.
  • Interpret and apply regulatory guidance, federal legislation, and agency publications to real-world client scenarios.
  • Assist with and advise on government pricing methodologies and calculations, including AMP, BP, URA, ASP, PHS 340B, Non-FAMP and FCP.
  • Create deliverables of utmost quality for customers, manage expectations internally and externally, and provide on or ahead of time delivery to ensure customer satisfaction to encourage referrals, drive incremental revenue opportunities, and ensure renewal business on existing accounts.
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for small to mid-tier client accounts, ensuring responsiveness, clarity, and high-quality delivery.
  • Support pre-commercial customer engagements and ensure the successful and timely completion of all GP-related pre-launch activities. These include working through strategic pricing issues, establishing appropriate compliance frameworks, and ensuring manufacturers are enrolled in government programs to ensure patients can get access to critical therapies.
  • Assess customers’ current state GP processes and benchmark against industry norms and best practices.
  • Support Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract compliance on behalf of IntegriChain’s customers, including contract maintenance, Public Law submissions, tracking customer monitoring, and negotiating contract changes with the VA.
  • Develop, update, and review policies and procedures to support regulatory compliance and effective governance.
  • Produce high-quality client deliverables, including analyses, presentations, and written guidance.
  • Manage multiple projects and responsibilities in parallel, while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery and responses to customer requests.
  • Lead discussions, facilitate workshops, and engage with stakeholders with a positive and proactive attitude while ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Proactively communicate status, risks, and next steps to clients and internal team members.
  • Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and account growth through strong execution and relationship-building.
  • Facilitate client discussions, working sessions, and workshops with confidence and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate keen attention to detail in project management and execution, ensuring tasks are completed with precision and care.
  • Work within a rapidly growing organization where cross-functional communication is important and a willingness to evolve and adapt to changing organization needs and challenges is imperative.
