ICF is seeking a Senior Construction Specialist within our Disaster Management Division. This position is 100% Remote United States with travel. Non-managerial. Preference given to qualified candidates in California, Florida, North Carolina, Oregon and Texas. Must be Bilingual English and Spanish. As a Senior Construction Specialist, you should have experience supporting residential construction, inspections, damage assessments, or QA/QC activities in the Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program (or equivalent federal programs). You will be responsible for managing a case file of residential construction projects including repair, reconstruction, and manufactured home installation. You will also, in addition to performing day to day quality assurance and control activities, coordinate construction contractors and disaster recovery applicants in written and verbal communications. Success in this position requires strong critical thinking, clear and effective communication, close attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Compensation: While the range below is broader for career growth, this position will offer a base salary of $78,00 to $88,000.
