Senior Construction Manager
About The Position
Minimum of relevant work/industry experience of 6+ years. Requires advanced Wireless Construction workflow knowledge acquired by a substantial, specialized instruction and practice within the industry. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with providing design solutions and guidance of order of operations. Ability to determine site feasibility, as well as site design consulting as needed. Direct knowledge of general construction processes & procedures. Experience in managing and directing general contractors, construction scope estimation, etc. (Civils, Ground, L&A, Backhaul, Maintenance Work). Strong knowledge of troubleshooting practices and techniques. Strong understanding of site acquisition, zoning, permitting, landlord negotiations, leasing laws, jurisdictional requirements, and environmental compliance. Ability to interface with customers, property owners, and other internal and external ancillary personnel as needed.
