MDHA is a housing authority, a community development agency, and a redevelopment agency. Job Summary: The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of new construction, rehabilitation, and infrastructure projects from design and planning through procurement and preconstruction to project delivery. As the owner's representative, the position coordinates all phases of construction, manages schedules and budgets, and ensures safety, quality, and compliance standards are met. The Senior Construction Manager collaborates with internal departments, consultants, and external partners to support MDHA's mission.
