The Senior Conference Services Manager is the strategic and operational leader of the Conference Services department, overseeing all group events from post-contract turnover through departure. This role is responsible for elevating the client experience at every touchpoint, ensuring events are seamless, polished, and reflective of the Mission Point brand. As the primary liaison between Sales, Food & Beverage, Operations, and external partners, you will lead cross-functional collaboration, refine service standards, and mentor a talented team focused on excellence.
