In this role, you will develop and oversee Quality and Compliance programs within the North America Region, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Your contributions will drive improvements in surgical loaner set deliveries, impacting patient care in the orthopedic field. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, you will lead audits and inspections while defining quality requirements aligned with strategic goals. This position not only supports operational excellence but also enhances the overall healthcare delivery process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in compliance or related fields.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Quality and Compliance programs for Med Tech US field inventory.
- Liaise with Quality, Distribution, and Sales partners to resolve quality-related issues.
- Lead audits, inspections, and remediation activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Implement improvement opportunities consistent with business objectives.
- Establish strong relationships with Med Tech Franchise customers.
