Reporting to the Sr Director, Total Rewards, the Sr. Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the administration and support of Fastly’s compensation programs. This includes performing market research to ensure that Fastly’s compensation practices are competitive and aligned with industry standards, preparing and reviewing data insights to inform salary structures and incentive plans, ensure adherence to legal requirements, and supporting our internal managers and business partners globally.
